SPOILER WARNING FOR:
FIRE EMBLEM: THREE HOUSES

Fate: Grand Order
Dante Alighieri is a Petty Fucker: Italy (1289 AD)
Thread of origin: Midnight snacks with Ritsuka.
A singularity surrounding the fate of the Sperado mage family in early Renaisssance Italy (in my head: an event singularity rather than a main story one). Heroic spirit and author of the Divine Comedy, Dante Alighieri, obtains a grail and chooses to interfere with the entirely inconsequential battles of the Guelphs and Ghibellines that he participated in during his life. In recruiting local families for the Guelphs, he ends up recruiting a mage family slated to be completely eradicated in a matter of years and circumvents this demise while also demonstrating their ability to quietly interfere in Italian politics, resulting in a singularity. Leslie Sperado, instigator of the downfall alongside the phantasmal creature-hunting Salvatore family, is left in the burning carriage without a rescuer until Ritsuka and her Servants stumble across her. Leslie travels with the Chaldea delegation for the rest of the singularity. Has since been summoned to Chaldea as a Caster class Servant.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Aftereffects of the Insurrection
Thread of origin: A long road to Enbarr.
The prototypical "hey why not just take Leslie's canon and make an FE3H character be the duchess." First of apparently many.
Duchess substitute: Edelgard von Hresvelg
Route: ???
Terrible Family: Duke and Duchess Gerth and Lady Gerth of the Adrestian Empire basically the only noble of the Insurrection of the Seven who seems to have no big info.
Tragic Past Changes: Sent to Those Who Slither In The Dark with a number of kidnapped children from poor families on the Gerth lands, who all perished. She promised to get vengeance on their and her own behalf.
New Home: Enbarr Palace
Method of Approach: Hitchhiked to the palace and requested an audience.
Current Status: Being trained in dark magic after requesting to be able to help in bringing down the crest-obsessed nobility. Currently unaware of Edelgard's plans regarding Those Who Slither in the Dark.
Favourite Author: Nyrokia, an Adrestian philosopher who left the country after the Insurrection of the Seven.
Special Notes: Hubert can never be evaded.
The Kingdom Gets a Bad Rap
Thread of origin: Sorry one of your spies sucks El.
"I floated a bunch of options to Batty for the AU. Time to use one of them."
Duchess substitute: Edelgard von Hresvelg
Route: Crimson Flower (1185, which means she was born in 1173)
Terrible Family: Margrave and Margravine Sperado and Lady Sperado of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus (not far from the border between the Kingdom and Garreg Mach).
Tragic Past Changes: Being raised to serve her sister is an old family tradition. Sending Leslie to Those Who Slither in the Dark a test run giving a second Crest to someone of the Sperado bloodline.
New Home: Garreg Mach (base of Black Eagles Strike Force).
Method of Approach: Passed a letter to a suspected Adrestian spy. Extraditing arranged by Edelgard due to the report on white hair and intense eyes.
Current Status: Working as a research assistant for Professor Hanneman's experiments on reversing the effects of blood reconstruction surgery. Granted the name Leslie von Ranke when inducted into the empire. Only Leslie AU that currently knows the name of Those Who Slither in the Dark.
Favourite Author: Professor Hanneman's crestology research.
Special Notes: There is no bottom to the hole of how terrible the Sperados are.
A Much Less Intense Edelgard Expy
Thread of origin: Sorry matron I forgot I was raking.
At this point I realized I had a problem.
Duchess substitute: Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd
Route: Azure Moon (1185, which means she was born in 1173)
Terrible Family: Marquis and Marquise Sperado and Lady Sperado of the Adrestian Empire (located in Enbarr).
Tragic Past Changes: Before Leslie was able to prepare a proper escape plan, her father suspected that she lied about not having received a crest and locked her in a dark, cramped closet space in the basement. Rescued by Kingdom soldiers after her parents' death. Her sister may still be alive in Enbarr.
New Home: Garreg Mach (returned to church control)
Method of Approach: Brought with a group of war orphans who were in danger from their status. The Sperados were unpopular, particularly outside of noble society. Dimitri stared at her morosely and thought about young (looks a similar age) and recently deceased (same hair and eyes) Edelgards until Leslie asked if there was anything wrong.
Current Status: Doing light chores with the other war orphans under the eye of a matron (and maybe some others but the matron appears to be in charge).
Favourite Author: hasn't come up yet.
Special Notes: Currently the only FE3H AU where Leslie isn't directly under the care of a house leader.
Generic (Modern Day Canons)
Why Do the Salvatore and Sperado Families Live in Japan So Much?
Thread of origin: ???
An approximation to the story of Momster Duchess to the modern day, when the canon takes place in modern day without significantly weird stuff going on. The Sperado family are rich businessfolk (probably owning some kind of conglomerate that used to be a bigger deal in the past but is still pretty big and rich) who raised Leslie in an abusive way to have her work for her sister, the heir, for peanuts in the future. The Salvatore family own a very highly regarded security firm. (I'm not getting into the moral mess that putting them in charge of a PMC or slotting Bethrion into the police, even those would probably be slightly more canon-compliant.) If Leslie is outdoors at all, it takes place about a month after the child custody case between the Salvatores and the Sperados that left parts of the Sperado business either financially ruined or quickly under new management due to the bad press the case generated and possibly some exposed corruption. Big Brother Ruenti is a postgrad, while the rest of her family are in the security business. Her mom can beat up both your parents and your entire extended family so don't try her.
